[Rtk-users] How to call rtkrabbitct application in RTK

Hi,
This is not an application, it's a library that must be linked to the
rabbit CT application that is provided on the website. To be honest, this
has been developed a long time ago and I haven't updated it in a long time
(2012 according to the git log, I think the rabbit CT dataset has changed
since). Apparently, the cmake option in RTK to compile it has been removed
so this is currently a dead code. That would be very nice if you'd want to
bring it back to life, we'd really appreciate it.
