[Rtk-users] How to call rtkrabbitct application in RTK

Hi Simon,
i was wondering how to call the rtkrabbit application
<https://github.com/SimonRit/RTK/blob/master/applications/rtkrabbitct/rtkrabbitct.cpp>
in
RTK??
it seems that there is no ggo file yet??
And if not available??  do you know how to use rtk to convert the dataset
 "rabbitct_512-v2.rctd" in RABBIT CT website
<http://www5.cs.fau.de/research/projects/rabbitct/download/> to .mha or
.mhd format??
