Hi,

I'm having trouble running the FDK reconstruction alogrithm on Elekta and
Varian data sets. The algorithm does work when I try the shepp-logan
example.

When I initially ran the application I included the (') around .*.his. and
got the following lines.

when I try to run with the (') removed it finds the 669 files but then the
application stops working. I have tried adding registry edits to run exe
and have tried switching of dep. Neither of these work I am not sure what
is going wrong and how to fix it.

My system properties are as follows.
Processor: Intel Pentium CPU P6100 @ 2.00 Ghz
RAM: 3.00 GB
GPU: Intel HD Graphics
Systems type 64 Bit.
