[Paraview] 2D PLOT - AUTOMATIC AXIS TITLES

There isn't an automatic way of setting the titles. We don't
automatically set the titles since one can plot multiple variables on
Y axis, which is very typical, and hence it's unclear what the
automatic name should be.
