[Paraview] Exporting publication-quality images from Paraview

I don't know much about the vector graphics exports.  I'll leave that for
others on the list to answer.

I have used Apple's Preview application before to adjust the DPI of
VTK/ParaView's saved images.  IIRC it supports saving the image with a new
DPI, so if you can get access to a Mac you could try that.
