Thanks all!  

To add to what Ken said, you can't find the OpenGL library from pvserver.  You need to cd into the lib/paraview-*.* directory, and do an ldd on libvtkRenderingOpenGL2-pv5.4.so.  This tells you where libOSMesa.so is located.
