[Paraview] dialog windows bug on Paraview 5.3 when changing monitor configuration

Thanks for your report.

It also may work to remove the ParaView5.3.0.ini file under
%HOME%\AppData\Roaming\ParaView. That file stores window geometry
information, including positioning.
