[Paraview] [EXTERNAL] Black box when starting parvaview

I believe for RDP in some cases you can get it to work by starting the
application before you connect with RDP. That way it gets a real OpenGL
implementation. There are some threads on the internet about using time
delayed scripts to do this etc. e.g. connect with RDP, run a script to
launch the application in two minutes. Disconnect. Two minutes later
reconnect and there is your app running with a real OpenGL. Why Microsoft
makes this so difficult is a mystery to me. Probably because they
originally wanted to forward the OpenGL calls as opposed to the resulting
image.

If you are connected with RDP Microsoft replaces whatever OpenGL you have
with some ancient version of OpenGL and you are stuck back in 1990.

I believe Nomachine and VNC both work as alternatives if you have that
option.
