[Paraview] Placing a ContourPlot under a Plot3D

Adding back the list.

Your files have cell-associated data. Warp By Scalar works on
point-associated data. You should add a Cell Data to Point Data filter
to the file reader, then you can apply the Warp By Scalar and Contour
filters.
