[Paraview] Mono and Stereo Rendering in the CAVE

I'll point you in the right places in paraview tomorrow. It shouldn't be
that hard,  all you have to do is add a new xml tag that designates both
(aka default), left or right, and pass that information all the way to the
render window's stereo type control.
