[Paraview] libGL error: failed to load driver: swrast

I am surprised that pvw-setup described on
http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/ParaViewWeb doesn't work. I'm happy to run it
on KitWare's Linux distro of choice, but I don't see that listed. As noted,
I tried Debian, Fedora, and Ubuntu. I'm just trying to get the demo to work.

I'll go and retry the builds, but I had different problems with those.
Should I try 5.0.0 or 4.x?
