[Paraview] basics of paraview client server programming

Dear Utkarsh,
if those topics have been available in the Paraview Guide v3 and removed in
the new guide, this would explain why I couldn't find the explanations in
any of the recent editions although I went through them several times to
check.

You would do me (and many others) a huge favor if you could share the
missing chapter even if the details are outdated with respect to the newest
Paraview software version.
