[Paraview] Integrate Variables filter generates negative volume for UnstructuredGrid

Hi Mark,

It looks like some of your cells are inverted in their canonical ordering.
You can use the Mesh Quality filter to see the tets that have negative
volumes.

Probably the easiest way to fix the cells canonical ordering would be using
Programmable Filter.
