[Paraview] Transforming a spherical slice into a map projection

Here is a state file to try, and the snapshot I created.
The sampling resolution is set to be 128x64. You can change that to anything you want, in the ProgrammableSource. Two objects are created (a sphere and a plane). The sphere is used to resample the volume. The plane is used, to "flatten" the data copied over from the sphere.
Details on how to use the Programmable Sources and Filters are in the PV Guide (Chapter 13)
