[Paraview] Writer plugin?

Hi Burlen,
> The WriterProxy may have a special "file_name_method" attribute that needs to be set. I'm not sure if that's required, optional, or long since obsolete since I haven't used our plugin in quite a while.
I did see the "file_name_method" (and "supports_parallel" and "parallel_only") attribute, but not all of the writers have it. When I add it, nothing happens.
