[Paraview] User trying to build with catalyst -- need guidance

Hi Rich,
Where are you currently with this? Have you done any code integration with
Catalyst yet? There's certainly a good distributed knowledge base that's
getting built up. A bit more information about the simulation code
characteristics would help in making sure the adaptor section design is
sound.
