[Paraview] seg.fault when reading VRML files twice

Updates:

  (v) also occurs w/ ParaView-4.2.0-RC1-Windows-32bit.exe as well
      as a 4.2.0-RC1 binary compiled on Fedora 20 (i386).

Any suggestions?
