[Paraview] Obtain mesh from xyz data

hi,
I've had the same issue a while ago but as Ken said it does meshes it up
but completely* wrong*, may work for very very simple shapes only. Try
meshing up the standford bunny for instance and see for yourself. I'm
attaching a screen-shot for your reference.
