The ParaView User's Guide a list of all the filters although the descriptions are a bit short and terse.

Try the Table To Points filter (to create a set of discrete points) and then the Delaunay 3D filter (to connect the points in a mesh).

It is in the .csv format. I wish to view a wired mesh for the sphere. What filter must I use after importing the data file?
