[Paraview] Obtain mesh from xyz data

Try the Table To Points filter (to create a set of discrete points) and then the Delaunay 3D filter (to connect the points in a mesh).

I have the xyz data for a sphere (30 x 3) matrix you can say.

It is in the .csv format. I wish to view a wired mesh for the sphere. What filter must I use after importing the data file?
