[Paraview] Compiled Paraview -> CAVE.PVX usage

Leo,

Somehow I didn't see this email. If you have three displays you want three
processes. If two of the displays are part of one big display then you
would have to use offset on the second one (which I see you are doing for
DISPLAY1).
