[Paraview] Problem displaying only point data

Hi Keith,

I load your example into ParaView and save to ASCII vtk legacy VTK Files
(*.vtk). Then open a saved vtk file in text editor, all "CELL_TYPES" are
"0" instead of "1". This may cause display failure.
