[Paraview] Potential Coordinate system bug in XDMF 2D reader

Found a work around for the time being.
Just load the 2D unigrid data as 3D which is one cell deep, then use slice or extract surface filter.
This way the data shows up in paraview in same coordinate system for both my grids
