[Paraview] Load state error with MPAS Ocean NetCDFReader data type

Hi Phillip,

Thanks for the info. I see that the reader thinks it is loading the
kineticEnergycell point array but it doesn't appear to actually be doing
that. I'll see if I can track this down.
