[Paraview] Extents problem

Hi Greg,
I tracked down the problem. It is this line:
133 sgrid->SetDimensions(count[0], count[1], count[2]);
This is equivalent to
sgrid->SetExtent(0, count[0]-1, 0, count[1]-1, 0, count[2]-1);
which overwrites the earlier SetExtent() call.
If you get rid of it, it should work fine.
