[Paraview] Verbose output on Windows? (UNCLASSIFIED)

Hi Rick,

If you are running from cmd.exe you capture the output in a file as follows:

    paraview.exe > out.txt 2>&1

If you launch from within a cygwin shell, you see the output as usual. I 
find cygwin much nicer than cmd.
