[Paraview] Scalebar number and title positions - 4.0

Hi all,

Does anyone know if you can change the position of the title on the scale bar. When the interpret values as caterogies option is ticked, then the title position can be adjusted, but when Intervals or ratios is selected the title cannot be centered.

Also, is there any way of changing the positions of the top and bottom number on the scale. In 3.98 and earlier, they were located above and below but in 4.0 they are placed on the opposite side to the other numbers which makes the scale bar very wide on the page.

Would appreciate if anyone knows how to work around these defaults.
