[Paraview] Another paraview x3d export question: pale pale colors output -- how do I hack the x3d exporter?

Rich,

Try this: in the properties panel search for "interpolate scalar before
mapping" and uncheck that. Now export. Does that make any difference in the
color?

I am not sure what could be the matter with the aspect ratio. I'll give it
a test once I get back to the office -- at SC this week.
