[Paraview] Unexpected crashing of Paraview 3.98.1.....

Remember that VTK starts numbering at 0 instead of 1.

I think you need to change the cell part to (I may have a typo but you get
the idea):
 8 0 1 7 6 5 4 10 11
 8 1 2 8 7 4 3 9 10
