[Paraview] Size of 3D view windows [was regarding camera undo]

ParaViewies, Utkarsh,

After the conversation about the camera undo buttons and your
mentioning that there are now a lot more buttons on the 3D view
windows (which there are), I now find that these buttons seem
to constrain the allowable size of the view windows such that
they have to be wide enough to accommodate all those buttons.

I figured this must be a Qt requirement, but then the other night
I happened to be using a machine with an older ParaView build (3.12),
and while that doesn't have as many buttons on the 3D view windows,
even those that it does have will shrink when making the 3D window
narrower and narrower. So if that feature could be returned, that
would be handy (and if it's possible to do this on a button by
button basis it might be good to keep the "x" button full sized).

	Thanks,
	Bill
