[Paraview] Colour bar and scale missaligned

Hello,

I'm using 4.0.1 64 bit on Windows 7. When I limit the number of discrete contours there is a misalignment of the scale and the colours in the colour bar. I've attached a plot and a state file that demonstrate the issue; a simple plane coloured by x-coordinate with the colour bar aligned above the plane to show the missalignment.

Is this an issue with my specific set up (graphics drivers ...) or do others see it too?
