[Paraview] Getting camera/view data in c++ filter

Alex,

What you are trying to do is beyond what a filter can be expected to
do in ParaView. What you'll need is a "representation" that uses the
filter internally to process the data right before it is rendered.
Look at vtkAMRVolumeRepresentation in git-master to see how this can
be done.
