[Paraview] Evaluate the value on one point given by coordinates

Yes.

One way is:

Read in your data.
Open Selection View.
Create Selection on the reader.
Change Selection Type to Locations.
Enter in coordinate you want to probe at.
FIlters->Plot Selection over time.
