[Paraview] Grid is shifted in different dimensions

Hello,

I'm visualizing structured rectilinear grid and noticed there is some 
inconsistency with shown values. Attached you will see two clips taken 
from one dataset.
I want them to match however they do not. Can I do it somehow?
