Hi all,

I just used ITK to perform a simple registration.
Fixed image contains a white circle at the center and moving image contains
an ellipse.
I registered the image using BSplinetransformation and saved the
deformation field (.mhd).
I tried to visualize the deformation field using glyph in paraview and
limitting the number points to 1000.
I had this result (attached, result.png). How to interprete this result?
What's the color and arrows means?

Thanks in advance,
Ryo
