[Paraview] Asking for Tecplot reader improvements and a sample Tecplot file for Unstructured Grids

I don't know the answer to most of the questions in this email.
I did however just push the latest VisItBridge tecplot reader into
ParaView master. That should make at least a few more tecplot files
readable.
