[Paraview] Python Scripting for Selection of Nodes

Hi-

I've been using the "Extract Selection Filter" to extract nodes from a 
mesh for pre-processing of boundary conditions. Is there a way to do the 
opposite and give Paraview a bunch of nodes in the mesh and then have 
Paraview display it?

I have tried using vtkSelection and have created an appropriate 
selection node, but how do I display it?
