[Paraview] about time step

Dear All,

        I am showing my process in paraview with respect to time, however, I
can not show the exact time step. Could you tell me how to show the time
step in the animation and how to change the name of the time step. For
example, change 0.1 s to 1 hour..thanks for processing my question.
