[Paraview] Issue with vtkStructuredGrid and ParaView

Yeah, if you have a patch to fix this, that would be great. I'd be
interested in knowing where the actual issue is.

This is a known issue in current PV and I was told it a workaround would be
an option in the next release. I got a patch if you want.
