[Paraview] xdmf does not compile python wrappings on MSVC2010 64 bit

I have proven it experimentally: the python xdmf module would not load
on Windows, and there are no *.pyd files generated. It works only on
linux.
I recently had a similar issue with VTK, see thread "vtkmy python
bindings with MSVC2010 64bit" on the VTK list.
I was able to resolve it for VTK, generate the pyd files and load the
modules. The same does not work here,

Please advise.
