[Paraview] crystal eyes stereo in 3.10.1

Hi,

I have no issue using crystal eyes in Windows 7 64 with the 3.10.1
release binary.

My command option is:
paraview.exe --stereo --stereo-type="Crystal Eyes"

Add my Nvidia Control panel information has stereo enabled and stereo
display mode to Generic active stereo. See my attached image.
