[Paraview] PavaView-QT

[D-Durga-Prasad]

But I heard that "PARAVIEW_BUILD_QT_GUI" will not help. The compiler/cmake
still searches for QT-LIB? Is it true? I am not in office today. I will try
that tomorrow!!
