[Paraview] pvbatch (3.8.0) rendering through OSmesa does not work on multiple nodes

If you could provide the dataset or a complete example using data from
ParaViewData or a source I'll give it a try on our cluster which has (or
will have PV and Mesa from git now that Mesa's git seems to be back in
order).
