[Paraview] Build Custom Paraview and plugin in separate directories ?

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if it is possible to build a custom paraview (withe version 
3.8) in a specific directory out of Paraview directory source code (the same for 
a plugin).
I guess it is possible but I am new with cmake configuration and I would like to 
know how to do this.
