[Paraview] Custom Navigation

I'm pretty sure that someone at Kitware is in the late stages of 
adding David Borland's VRPN/VTK code into the repository, which will 
let you get at IS trackers (and others). This is part of a process to 
make Paraview work in CAVEs.

Utkarsh, do you want to share the state of this -- or is this the 
person who is doing the work?
