[Paraview] Compiling Paraview On Win Python.h

Yeah, the RC2 (release candidate 2) has many bug fixes since RC1.  One of
the bugs may have been the cause of your problem- the pvblot plugin uses
python and was enabled even when PARAVIEW_ENABLE_PYTHON was OFF.
