[Paraview] Native OpenFOAM Reader and foamToVTK give different results

Hello!
I noticed that Native OpenFOAM Reader (NOF) and foamToVTK  give
different results for the slip boundary condition:  with NOF normal
component of velocity on the boundary is not zero as you can view on
attached fig. Why this happens?

My config is:
	ParaView 3.6.2
	vtkPOpenFOAMReader-r173-20090920
