[Paraview] ParaViewFilters.html missing?

I am trying to follow what is going on but still not real sure of the  
sequence. This is the latest error that I get when I try to load the  
help for the Sphere Source.

Could not locate index.html
QTextBrowser: No document for qthelp://paraview.org/paraview/ 
SphereSource.html
