[Paraview] povray exporter

It looks like a decifiency in the exporter, it can not do color
mapping, and it will only color entire actors by solid colors or - if
the active scalars are unsigned chars and assuming ScalarVisibility is
on - it can color individual triangles by directly by their scalars.

I have to look at some related code in the vtk manta interface soon,
and will try to backport the lookup table mapping from that to the POV
exporter. I will get to that sometime after paraview 3.8.
