[Paraview] Paraview3.6.2 and Silo

This is the version of silo that is known to work for the silo reader
enabled by PARAVIEW_USE_SILO:

You may find that the file vtkSiloReader.cxx does not compile when
using the version of silo you have installed.  Goodluck!
