[Paraview] Compile Error on Fresh ParaView-3-8 checkout on OS X

Would something like:
if (VTK_RPATH == OFF && APPLE == TRUE)
set ($ENV{DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH} ${CMAKE_RUNTIME_PATH})
endif()
I'm going to guess that might have some side effects but not really
sure what those might be.
Where is the CMAKE_CUSTOM_COMMAND located in the ParaView cmake files.
I'll give it a shot and see what happens.
